The new Inside / New Bizz Sales Manager will be responsible for establishing an Inside Sales / New Bizz function, together, with close cooperation with Digital Marketing, Business Advisory, and the product organization. The goal is clear – namely, to establish the globally best and most successful Inside Sales / New Bizz function and be the lead in growing this business area globally.

We are looking for a talented and competitive Inside Sales / New Bizz Manager who thrives in a sales environment focusing on teamwork, quality, speed, and business understanding.
You will play a fundamental role in achieving Encode’s ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.
